1. Introduction

Welcome to 188bd. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 188bd (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 188bd.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, Teen Patti, and any other gaming or wagering product offered on the Platform.

By creating an account on 188bd, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2.2 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 188bd Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 188bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

188bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during your use of the Platform — including before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 188bd makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and will not be entitled to any remedy from 188bd as a result.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 188bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you allow another person to use your account, you remain fully responsible for all actions taken and all wagers placed during that session.

3.3 Accurate and Updated Information

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your contact number, address, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. 188bd accepts no liability for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 188bd reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with current platform policy, as communicated to affected Players prior to any deduction. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned upon the Player's request and successful identity verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

188bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. Payment methods accepted are subject to change without prior notice, though we will endeavour to communicate such changes in advance where reasonably practicable.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the remitting account is registered to a person other than the Player — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account. Processing times for deposits are typically instant, though delays may occasionally occur due to third-party payment infrastructure.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered Player. Before a withdrawal is approved, the Player's KYC verification must be complete. 188bd targets an average withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours, though this is not guaranteed and may be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

188bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before any funds are permanently withheld.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 188bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 188bd are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. These may include minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, time limits for completion, and wagering multipliers. Players are advised to read these specific terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 credit requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

188bd actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 188bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

188bd periodically offers promotional campaigns tied to local and international events, including the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own individual terms and are available for a limited time only. 188bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued, it is final and binding. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. 188bd will not accept responsibility for errors in bets that have been confirmed by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. 188bd reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events, where it is necessary to do so for integrity reasons or due to data feed issues. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a manifest pricing error, evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of insider information, or a failure of third-party data feeds that materially affected the integrity of the market. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

188bd reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across a Player's account at any time. These limits will be communicated where applicable. Payment of winnings above the stated maximum is at 188bd's sole discretion.

7. Casino & Games

7.1 Third-Party Game Providers

All casino games available on the 188bd Platform are supplied by licensed third-party software studios, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These studios operate under their own licences and are subject to independent auditing and certification. 188bd does not develop or operate casino game software directly.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own or another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any supplied game
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sporting integrity corruption
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals for genuine losses incurred on the Platform
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or verification
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by a person under 21 years of age

9. Privacy & Data

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account following a standard verification check.

12.2 Termination by 188bd

188bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In the event of account closure by 188bd due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by 188bd — all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules and the outcome credited or debited accordingly.

13. Amendments

188bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by 188bd's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 188bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
